Helping Good Work Move Forward

Over the years, I’ve found that I’m most energized by the space where creativity, communication, relationships, and execution come together — the place where someone has a meaningful idea, a growing list of needs, and not quite enough capacity to make it all happen.

That’s where I step in!

I work with ministry organizations — including nonprofits, churches, schools, and other faith-based organizations — to provide flexible support across communications, events, engagement, and special projects.

Sometimes that looks like planning an event or coordinating all the moving pieces behind it. Sometimes it means writing a campaign, organizing donor outreach, helping shape a thoughtful constituent experience, or taking ownership of a project that has been sitting on the back burner for too long.

What I love most is helping an existing mission flourish.

I’m not interested in coming in and reinventing everything. I’d much rather listen well, understand what your team is trying to accomplish, and help bring it to life in a way that feels thoughtful, organized, relational, and true to who you already are.

My approach is equal parts creative and practical. I care about the big picture, but I also care about the details — the email someone receives, the way guests are welcomed, the timeline behind an event, the follow-up after a meaningful conversation, and all the little pieces that shape how people experience an organization. Intentionality is everything.

At the end of the day, I want to make meaningful work easier to carry.
